Troubleshooting
Experiencing issues? Check the FAQ below:
The light on the Microphone is RED
If the LED on the Microphone is solid or flashing RED this indicates that the battery is low. Remove the handle cover and replace the AA batteries with the spare batteries (provided).
I'm experiencing signal feedback
Avoid positioning/using the microphone in front of sound systems to minimise the opportunity for signal feedback.
I'm experiencing signal dropouts/issues
If you're experiencing signal interference, try each of the following steps:
- Repeat Steps 3 and 4 to find a new frequency
- Reposition the Receiver so there is nothing obstructing a line of sight to the Microphone (including the audience)
- Avoid placing Receiver and Microphone where metal or other dense materials may be present
- If possible, remove nearby sources of wireless interference, such as mobile phones, computers and other Wi-Fi devices.
- Replace the Microphone AA batteries
The Receiver will not turn on
Try the following steps (in order):
- Ensure the Battery Pack is switched on and that all (5) green status lights are lit.
- Ensure that the link cable is connecting the Battery Pack and the Receiver
- If the Receiver will still not power on, disconnect the Link Cable from both the Battery and Receiver, plug the Charging Cable into a power point and connect it to the Receiver.
- If none of these steps work contact our support team.
The Microphone will not turn on
