2. Are your smoke and haze machines suitable for indoor use?

Yes, all of our smoke and haze machines are designed for safe indoor use. However, always check with your venue beforehand, as some locations may have restrictions due to smoke detectors or ventilation systems.

3. Do the machines come with fluid included?

Yes, all smoke and haze machine hires come with a full tank of high-quality fluid included. This is usually enough to last for the entire duration of your event under standard use.

4. Will the machine set off smoke alarms at my venue?

It’s possible. Smoke and haze can trigger some smoke detectors, especially optical ones. Always check with your venue in advance and consider disabling alarms in the specific event area if allowed.

5. Can I use a smoke or haze machine outdoors?

You can, but the effect will be much less noticeable outdoors. Wind and open spaces will disperse the smoke or haze quickly, reducing the visual impact significantly.

6. How do I set up and operate the machine?

Setup is plug-and-play. Each machine comes with simple operating instructions, and most models have cabled or wireless remote control for easy use. No technical experience is needed for basic operation.

7. How long does the fluid last during an event?

Under typical use, the fluid included should last a standard event (around 4–6 hours). If you’re using the machine continuously, you may want to request extra fluid when booking.

8. Do you deliver and collect the machines?

Yes, we offer delivery and collection across Sydney and Melbourne. You can also opt for convenient warehouse pickup if you prefer to collect and return the equipment yourself.
