2. How much does it cost to hire a confetti machine?

The hire cost varies depending on the amount of confetti and the duration of the hire. Prices start from $80 per night for the machine with 1x bag of confetti. Additional charges may apply for extended hire periods or extra consumables. Please refer to our website for detailed pricing information.

3. What is included in the confetti machine hire package?

Our hire packages typically include the confetti machine, a power cable, confetti of your choice, remote & a tripod stand. We also provide QR code setup guides for easy installation.

4. Do I need any special skills to operate the confetti machine?

No special skills are required. Our confetti machines are designed for DIY setup and use. Each machine comes with a QR code linking to a step-by-step guide, ensuring a straightforward setup process.

5. Can I use the confetti machine indoors and outdoors?

We offer mylar or biodegradable paper confetti options. Colors range from classic white and gold to vibrant multicolors. You can select the type and color that best matches your event’s theme.

7. How far in advance should I book a confetti machine?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak event seasons. Our online booking system allows you to check availability and secure your hire in advance.

8. Is a rental bond required for hiring a confetti machine?

Yes, a rental bond is required for all hires. For non-DJ equipment like confetti machines, the bond is typically $100. This bond is pre-authorized on your credit card and released upon the safe return of the equipment.

9. Can I pick up the confetti machine, or do you offer delivery?

We offer both click & collect and courier delivery options. You can choose the most convenient method during the booking process. Please note that delivery is subject to distance and availability, read more on our courier service here.

10. What is your cancellation policy for confetti machine hire?

We offer free cancellation up to 4 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery date. Cancellations made within this period are eligible for a full refund or store credit. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for terms.
