1. What sizes does your light-up dance floor come in?

We can do a range of sizing/configurations from 1m x 1m podium style to large 7m x 7m dance floors. If you require a larger size please contact us for availability. 

2. What does the LED dance floor look like when set up?

Once set up, the dance floor becomes a fully illuminated feature.Frosted panels give a clean, modern white glow across the entire surface while the Mirrored panels create a 3D effect using layered LED lighting, giving the illusion of depth beneath your feet. Both styles are designed to stand out in low-light environments like weddings and parties.

3. Can I choose the colours or patterns on the dance floor?

Yes, the floor can be set to various colour combinations and patterns. It has multiple built-in effects including static colours, pulsing, chasing lights, and randomised displays.

4. Is the dance floor suitable for both indoor and outdoor use?

The dance floor is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use as long as it is set up on an even, flat surface (grassed areas aren't ideal). 

5. Does the dance floor require power?

No, our standard setup is completely wireless and battery powered, making it a clean, cable-free option. We also offer a powered setup for larger dance floors or events running all day or across multiple days, where battery may not be suitable.

6. Can I install the light-up dance floor myself?

Absolutely! It’s suited for DIY setup, there are no cables, no tools, and no hassle—just click each magnetic panel into place and you’re ready to go.

7. How long does installation take?

Installation typically takes 15-30 minutes, depending on the size of the dance floor and site access conditions. 

8. Can I have the dance floor delivered to my event space?

Sure thing! We have a courier service available to book at check out to have the dance floor dropped off & picked up from your address. Read more on our courier service here. 

9. How much space should I allow for the dance floor?

You’ll need a flat, clear area that matches or slightly exceeds the size of your selected floor (e.g. 2.5m x 2.5m for a 2m x 2m dance floor). 

10. What is your cancellation policy for the dance floor hire?

We offer free cancellation up to 4 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery date. Cancellations made within this period are eligible for a full refund or store credit. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for terms.
