1. What is your cancellation policy for the projector hire?

We offer free cancellation up to 4 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery date. Cancellations made within this period are eligible for a full refund or store credit. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for terms.

2. What devices can I connect to the projector?

The projector has HDMI and VGA inputs, allowing easy connection to laptops, DVD players, or media devices like Apple TV or Chromecast (additional accessories may be required).

3. Is the projector easy to transport and set up?

Absolutely. The projector is compact and lightweight, making it easy to carry and set up without professional help.

4. Can I connect the projector to a laptop?

Yes, the projector can connect to laptops using either an HDMI or VGA cable. Make sure your device has one of these outputs.

5. What comes with the projector?

We provide the power cable, HDMI cable & tripod stand. 

6. Is this projector good for business presentations?

Definitely. With 3,200 lumens brightness and sharp SVGA resolution, it’s well-suited for business presentations in offices or meeting rooms.

7. Can I pick up the projector myself?

Yes, you can collect the projector from our Sydney or Melbourne warehouse locations. Alternatively, choose delivery during checkout. Read more about our courier service here.

8. Is there a rental bond required to hire the projector?

Yes, there is a $100 bond require to hire the projector. That cost may increase for hiring with additional items like DJ equipment or generators.
