Connect an audio device and up to 2 microphones for playback through any of our speakers.
Power Supply
Connect this to a power source.
AUX Cable
Connect to an audio device for playback (smartphone adaptor not included)
How to Setup
STEP 1
Connect to Power
- Plug in the power supply to a power source.
- Connect the power supply cable to the rear of the mixer.
- Press the white power button to turn on the mixer.
- Plug in the power supply to a power source.
- Connect the power supply cable to the rear of the mixer.
- Press the white power button to turn on the mixer.
STEP 2
Connect to Speakers
- Setup your speakers if you haven't already (scan the QR code on the rear of the speaker for setup instructions).
- Connect the audio cable from your first speaker into the port labelled SPEAKER #1 on the mixer.
- Repeat this for your second speaker connecting its audio cable to the port labelled SPEAKER #2 on the mixer.
- Setup your speakers if you haven't already (scan the QR code on the rear of the speaker for setup instructions).
- Connect the audio cable from your first speaker into the port labelled SPEAKER #1 on the mixer.
- Repeat this for your second speaker connecting its audio cable to the port labelled SPEAKER #2 on the mixer.
STEP 3
Activate Bluetooth Mode
- Press the [MENU] button on the mixer.
- Press the [ENTER] button once to select 'BT' (Bluetooth).
- Press the [MENU] button on the mixer.
- Press the [ENTER] button once to select 'BT' (Bluetooth).
STEP 4
Pair your Audio Device to the Mixer
- On your Audio Device, access the 'Bluetooth' settings.
- Select 'BT_SPEAKER' in the list of bluetooth devices to pair your device with the mixer.
- On your Audio Device, access the 'Bluetooth' settings.
- Select 'BT_SPEAKER' in the list of bluetooth devices to pair your device with the mixer.
STEP 5
Play audio and adjust volume
- Adjust the 'BLUETOOTH VOL' knob on the mixer to 0%.
- Adjust the volume on your Audio Device to ~75%.
- Press play on your Audio Device and adjust the 'BLUETOOTH VOL' knob to the desired level.
- Adjust the 'BLUETOOTH VOL' knob on the mixer to 0%.
- Adjust the volume on your Audio Device to ~75%.
- Press play on your Audio Device and adjust the 'BLUETOOTH VOL' knob to the desired level.
Hmmm! 🤔
Let's try some troubleshooting steps, start by double-checking that:
- The mixer and speakers are connected to a power source and switched on.
- The speakers are connected to the mixer correctly.
- The volume is turned up on your audio device, the mixer and the speakers.
Still not working? Try the steps below.
I am not getting audio output from my laptop (MAC)
If you have successfully paired your laptop with the mixer but are not getting audio output you may need to adjust your laptops audio output settings.
Go to your laptops audio settings to select 'BT_Speaker' as the audio output device.
- Go to Spotlight
- Search 'Audio MIDI Setup'
- Select 'BT_SPEAKER' as the audio output device
I am not getting audio output from my laptop (WINDOWS)
If you have successfully paired your laptop with the mixer but are not getting audio output you may need to adjust your laptops audio output settings.
Go to your laptops audio settings to select 'BT_Speaker' as the audio output device.
- Left click the sound icon in the taskbar.
- Above the volume bar, there should be an audio device listed.
- Clicking on the drop-down list should show all the available audio devices that can be selected.
- Select 'BT_SPEAKER' by left clicking it.
I am not getting audio output from my phone/tablet (APPLE)
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth
- Ensure Bluetooth is turned 'ON'
- Tap the information button next to the name of the device (BT_Speaker) then tap Forget This Device
- Follow Step 4 to reconnect to 2-Channel Mixer
I am not getting audio output from my phone/tablet (ANDROID)
- From a Home screen, do one of the following to ensure Bluetooth® is turned on from your Android™ device
- Navigate: Settings > Connected devices > Connection preferences > Bluetooth
- Navigate: Settings > Connected devices
If necessary, tap Bluetooth - Navigate: Settings > Bluetooth
- Tap the appropriate device name (BT_Speaker) or the Settings icon
- Tap 'Forget' or 'Unpair'
- Follow Step 4 to reconnect to 2-Channel Mixer

Connecting the AUX cable
- Locate the AUX cable supplied with the mixer.
- Ensure it is plugged into the 'CH3-4 ST IN' ports on the mixer.
- Connect the AUX cable to your audio device.
⚠️ Notes:
- If your device does not have an AUX output you may need an AUX adaptor (not supplied).
- When your device is connected via AUX the mixer will display 'NO DEVICE' this is normal.
- Locate the AUX cable supplied with the mixer.
- Ensure it is plugged into the 'CH3-4 ST IN' ports on the mixer.
- Connect the AUX cable to your audio device.

- If your device does not have an AUX output you may need an AUX adaptor (not supplied).
- When your device is connected via AUX the mixer will display 'NO DEVICE' this is normal.
STEP 4
Play audio and adjust volume
- Adjust the AUX volume knob on the mixer to 0%.
- Adjust the volume on your Audio Device to 75%.
- Press play on your Audio Device and adjust the AUX volume knob to the desired level.
- Adjust the AUX volume knob on the mixer to 0%.
- Adjust the volume on your Audio Device to 75%.
- Press play on your Audio Device and adjust the AUX volume knob to the desired level.
STEP 3
Connecting the USB Drive
- Insert the USB Drive into the USB port on the mixer.
- Playback will start automatically, use the buttons on the mixer to control playback.
⚠️ Note:
Ensure the audio files on the USB drive are formatted as: .mp3, .wma, .ape or .flac
- Insert the USB Drive into the USB port on the mixer.

Connecting a Microphone
- If you haven't done so already, set up your microphone/s (scan the QR code on the microphone or receiver for setup instructions).
- Connect the blue audio cable (from your cabled microphone or wireless receiver) into the port labelled MIC #1 on the mixer.
- Repeat this for your second microphone (if applicable) connecting it to the port labelled MIC #2 on the mixer.
- If you haven't done so already, set up your microphone/s (scan the QR code on the microphone or receiver for setup instructions).
- Connect the blue audio cable (from your cabled microphone or wireless receiver) into the port labelled MIC #1 on the mixer.
- Repeat this for your second microphone (if applicable) connecting it to the port labelled MIC #2 on the mixer.
