Delivery & Collection

Due to the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented the following changes to our service for the safety of both customers and staff:

- We will not be facilitating in-store pick-ups until further notice
- A third-party Courier Service will be used to deliver and collect bookings ($30 each way)
- Deliveries will take place on Fridays between 9am-6pm
- Collections will take place on Mondays between 9am-6pm 
- Customers will not be charged an additional hire rate if their booking is delivered in advance of their event date
- Our Terms of Hire and Refund Policy still applies.
- There is no minimum hire value to qualify for Delivery during this period

1. There is no minimum equipment hire value required to qualify for Delivery during this period
2. Equipment set-up/pack-down is not available during this period.
Additional charges may apply for Deliveries:
- Involving heavy equipment or a large quantity of equipment
- To locations with limited parking/loading dock access
- Involving stairs or elevator access
