Third-Party Courier Delivery Services

  • A Third-Party Courier Delivery Service is available in Sydney and Melbourne metro areas (click your city to view our $30 each way delivery zone).

  • The Third-Party Courier Delivery and Collection Services strictly limit delivery and collection of Equipment to no further than the ground floor entrance of a residential or commercial premises. 

  • If you're located outside of our Delivery Zone or need an Express Service, please contact us for a quote on delivery to your area.

  • Third-Party Courier Delivery & Return must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.


How Third-Party Courier Delivery Works

  1. Book online and select a Third-Party Courier Delivery service during checkout.
  2. Our Customer Support team will send you an email or SMS to confirm your delivery date.
  3. Complete the Terms of Hire contract online (you will receive a link via email).
  4. You will receive an SMS notification when the driver has collected your booking from us.
  5. Be present on site to receive delivery (the Third-Party Courier will typically deliver between 9am-3pm).

 

How Third-Party Courier Return Works

  1. Book online and select a Third-Party Courier Return service during checkout.
  2. Our Customer Support team will send you an email or SMS to confirm your return date.
  3. Ensure the equipment is cleaned, packed down and neatly stacked (as it was received) ready for collection by the courier.
  4. Be present on site to receive collection (the Third-Party Courier will typically collect between 9am-3pm).


Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. Can I nominate the day or time of my delivery?
    We always do our best to book delivery on a day that works for everyone (pending availability). If you require delivery/return on a specific day and time, please contact us for a quote on an Express Service.

  2. Does the courier deliver/return on weekends? 
    This can be arranged but there is a significant surcharge for weekend deliveries or returns. Please contact us for a quote.

  3. Can I contact the courier driver on the day?
    We do not have a contact number for the individual Third-Party courier drivers.

  4. Can I nominate someone to receive the delivery/return on my behalf?Yes, please be sure to let us know who your authorised receiver is by sending us an email with their name and contact details.

  5. Do you deliver outside of your delivery zone?
    Yes, please contact us for a quote for delivery/return to your area.

  6. When should I place my booking?
    Bookings with delivery must be placed at least 24 hours in advance, but are ideally booked at least a week in advance. 

  7. Can I pay extra for set-up or packdown?
    Our equipment is really easy to set-up and pack-down. As this is a Third-Party courier service we unfortunately cannot offer these services.

  9. What happens if nobody is present to receive delivery or return?
    You will have the option to pick-up or return your booking to our Warehouse or pay a new Delivery or Return Courier charge (equal to $30 or the actual cost of delivery or return - whichever is greater). 

  10. What happens if the equipment is not packed down or I keep the driver waiting?
    If the courier driver is required to wait longer than 5 minutes for someone to facilitate delivery or collection, extra charges may apply.
