CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

 

Cancelling a Booking:

FOR BOOKINGS CANCELLED:

OPTION:
within 24 hours of placing a booking online Full Refund or Credit Note
7+ days before the Pickup or Delivery date Refund (less $25 cancellation fee) or Full Credit Note
0-6 days before the Pickup or Delivery date Full Credit Note (no refunds available)

 

Postponing Your Booking:
If your event is postponed, you may reschedule (at no extra charge) or a credit note will be issued to the full value of the booking (valid for 24 months).

If the Equipment You've Booked is Not Available:
In the event that the equipment you have booked is not available and we are unable to recommend a suitable substitute, you can either: request a refund or credit note equal to the value of the unavailable equipment or 
cancel your booking for a full refund.

If You Do Not Provide the Correct Identification or Bond upon Pickup or Delivery:

Providing a valid Driver's Licence or Government Photo Card reflecting your current residential address is a requirement of hiring with us. Refunds are not issued to customers who are unable to provide identification during pick-up or delivery.


If You Don't Pick-up Your Booking:
Refunds are not issued in cases where a customer fails to pick-up or receive delivery of their booking.
