We deliver all goods via courier to ensure your products arrive safely and promptly
DJ Warehouse extends our well known in store service to our online customers by using a courier service so you are certain that your goods arrive safely and promptly. You can also track where your order is at all times from when your order is placed until it has arrived at your door.
Ordering and processing time
- Online orders are normally processed within 3 business days.
- Once processed, your order should take between 2-4 business days to arrive depending on where you live. Please note that in total, your order may take up to 7 business days to arrive from the day you place your order.
- If the product you are after is on backorder with our suppliers, we will contact you within 5 business days of placing your order and give you the option of waiting or cancelling your order.
- Deliveries can only be made Monday-Friday.
- If you need your order by a certain time, please contact us before you place your order at email@example.com. Express shipping may incur an additional surcharge.
- Shipping to rural areas may require an additional surcharge. We will contact you before processing your order if this may apply to you.
- All goods require a signature on delivery during the hours from 8:00am till 5:30pm Monday to Friday, so please enter a daytime delivery address such as a work address. Due to this we cannot accept a PO Box for a delivery address.
- If no one is home to receive the goods, smaller items may be delivered to the post office for collection.
We have updated our shipping structure recently. We now have a flat rate shipping on all non-pioneer items. Some large items such as PA may incurre additional shippings costs and some areas are blacked out. We will contact you before we process any additial shipping charges.
Pioneer Shipping costs
We provide free shipping to most locations in Australia for Pioneer products. However, some locations will fall outside of this. Sale items may be excluded from this. In this case you will be contacted by the store before any charges are made. If you want to know if any charges will apply before placing an order, please contact your closest store.
Please note that what is available online may differ to what we have in stock in our Sydney and Melbourne stores. Please contact us before you come down to make sure we have it in stock.
