Payment by Credit Card

 

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We protect the security of your credit card number during transmission by using inscription software. Please note that all credit card orders submitted to DJ Warehouse are subject to an extensive verification and fraud checking process which may require you to send us documents including drivers license and credit card statements, as well as a land line contact number.  We do not keep a copy of your card number on file.

What is DJ Pay?

 

DJ Pay is a payment plan option that allows you to take your equipment home straight away while making convenient fortnightly or monthly payments debited from your nominated bank account or credit card. It takes less that 30 minutes for the entire process to be completed.*

 

How DJ Pay works

 

Simply come into the store or give us a call to complete our DJ Pay application form and choose the frequency of your payments (fortnightly or monthly). After approval, having paid your deposit and received your goods, DJ Warehouse will send the application away for processing. A confirmation letter will be emailed to you confirming the number of payments, amount of each payment and date of each direct debit. No need to make payments at the store as payments will be directly debited or charged to your nominated account.

 

Here's what you need:

 

• You must be over 18 years of age
• You need to pay a minimum of a 25% deposit**
• You need to be working over 30 hours per week
• You must provide your financial institution's full BSB and account number or credit card number
• You must provide documentation showing proof of account ownership
• You must provide work pay slips as proof of employment
• You must provide photo ID. This must be an Australian driver's licence
• You must be an Australian resident

 

If you cannot fulfill all of these qualifications, you are not eligible for DJ Pay.

Please download and complete the qualification form HERE and you can email it to us at info@djwarehouse.com.au or print it out with you if you wish to see us in person. This makes it easier for us to process so you can get your equipment home faster.
