Buy with confidence. DJ warehouse guarantees that when you purchase from us you will always pay the lowest price. If you happen to find a cheaper price we'll match it even after you have purchased the goods! If you find a lower advertised price on a product from any authorized Australian dealer contact us with the details and we'll match it. If you've already purchased from us and find a lower advertised price within 10 days of your purchase, contact us with the details and we'll refund the difference after verification of the lower price.
Terms & Conditions:
1. DJW will not beat prices from dealers outside of Australia.
2. DJW cannot match a price from a dealer who does not have the product in stock. Unfortunately, sometimes unscrupulous retailers may advertise a hot product at an unrealistic price without having the product in stock.
3. DJW will not offer a price guarantee against other dealers who have advertised "loss leaders." Some retailers will try to attract you to buy a product by selling certain products below a reasonable price. Based on our information on dealer cost, if another vendor is advertising an item at a price which we know is below whole sale DJW cannot offer the price guarantee. If you find a retailer who will sell you a product for less than what they paid for it, you should buy it, but they might not be around for long.
4. Any products for which you receive a DJW price match are not eligible for the DJW Easy Pay program.
5. DJW price guarantee excludes blowouts, discontinued merchandise, factory seconds, special sales or floor and ex- demo models. Products must be new and factory packaged. Lower prices must verifiable via printed advertising, web media or printed quotes supplied by authorized dealers.
Payment Options Information
You can pay for your order by Credit Card, Direct Bank Transfer or by Cheque or Money Order.
Payment by Credit Card
We accept Visa and Mastercard We protect the security of your credit card number during transmission by using inscription software. Please note that all credit card orders submitted to DJ Warehouse are subject to an extensive verification and fraud checking process which may require you to send us documents including drivers license and credit card statements. A land line contact number will be required. If you do not have access to fax or scanning facilities or do not wish to disclose such information we recommend payment via Direct Bank Transfer as a safer and faster alternative.
Payment by Direct Bank Transfer
Most Australian banks now provide online banking. This method of payment is most desirable for Australian customers without a credit card. Once you complete the checkout process DJ Warehouse will email you our bank account details and an order number so you can logon to your bank and deposit the money to our account. To identify your payment you will need to enter your order number into the description field when using online banking or ask the teller to do so if depositing at a branch. Please note some banks will take up to 2 working days for the funds to clear.
Payment by Cheque or Money Order
We accept business cheques, personal cheques, bank cheques and money orders in Australian currency. When you place your order you will be given a summary with an order number. Make your Cheque or Money Order out to DJ Warehouse Pty Ltd, write your order number on the back and post it to 641 Parramatta Rd Leichhardt NSW 2040. Please note cheques may take up to 5 working days to clear. Australia Post money orders cost $2.50 and are available from any Australia Post outlet.
Shipping Information
All goods require a signature on delivery during the hours from 8:00am till 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Please note due to this we can not accept a PO Box for a delivery address.
Do you need your delivery faster?
By default we will send your order via road freight. Times range from 1-2 days interstate metro area and 4-6 days country. These times may of course vary and we cannot guarantee them. Same day delivery to Sydney Metro if possible will be provided. Guaranteed overnight freight can be arranged at an extra cost which will be subsidized by DJ Warehouse. Simply specify your requirements in the comments box when you checkout and we will quote the cost to you.
Warranty Information
If you need to use the DJ Warehouse warranty, it is essential that when you bring in the equipment to the store that everything is in its original packaging. You can also save time by downloading the warranty form as a PDF file here and filling it out before coming to the store.
Alternatively, if you are after a very speedy affair you can bypass DJ Warehouse all together and contact the manufactures directly. Below is a list of the contacts by brand in alphabetical order. It is essential that you call all service providers before sending any equipment as some require specific documents.
