How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges are all individually charged for all items based on size and weight. When you go through the checkout system, you'll be able to view the shipping amount for your order before you finalise your purchase. How do I know if a product is in stock?
If products have the 'add to cart' button next to it, they are available to order but not necessarily in stock in our main warehouse. We can only hold a limited amount of stock in our stores and we sometimes have to order products from our other store or our suppliers. Ordering from our suppliers usually takes 1-3 days and if it looks like it will take longer, we will contact you and let you know. We do try to keep the website as up-to-date as possible though, and once a limited item is no longer available we will remove it from the website.
Can I order by telephone or fax?
Unfortunately no. All orders must be processed through our secure online system or in person in one of our stores to avoid fraud. However, you can still call up our store during business hours to ask for advice or to arrange hire equipment on 02 9564 1791.
Can I book hire equipment online?
Currently you cannot order hire equipment online. If you are in New South Wales, you can book or enquire about hire equipment on 02 9564 1791 during business hours or email email@example.com. If you are in Victoria, you can call the Melbourne store on 03 9421 2941or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What forms of payment do you accept?
To avoid fraudulent orders, you can only pay for your online orders by Credit Card. For more details on this, go to Payment Options. If you wish to pay on Finance, you can view our DJ Pay Finance Program for details.
How do I know if you have received my order?
When you purchase online, you should automatically receive a confirmation email of your order and our system alerts us with all the details. You can confirm this by logging into your account anytime and you can view what stage your order is up to.
How long do you take to despatch an order?
Orders must first be processed and can take from 1-4 business days. Once processed, your order will usually take 2-3 business days depending on your location. If your product is out of stock with the supplier we will contact you within 4 days to find out what you want to do with your order.
Can I place an order now for despatch at a later date?
Yes, but you must call up the store before placing the order to confirm this.
I am having problems using the shopping cart - what should I do?
Contact us by phone or email immediately and we will address the problem. If it is outside business hours, you may place your order via email to email@example.com
Is ordering from your website secure?
Ordering from our website is 100% secure. Our website has SSL encryption software and all payments are processed through the secure eWay payment gateway.
Can you guarantee delivery on or by a particular date?
In most cases we can, but you must contact us before you order by phone or email.
A product I recently saw on the web site is no longer listed - can I still order it?
If it has been taken off the website, it usually means the product is discontinued, currently out of stock with the supplier, or no longer available.
Do you sell second-hand products?
All of our products we sell are brand new unless otherwise stated.
Do you give discounts for large orders?
We make sure our prices are always the lowest online, but if you are ordering a large number of products, we can sometimes provide you with a further discount. Please note that in many cases our products are already discounted heavily so there may be no room for further discounts. You must call or email us before you make your order to enquire about a discount. You will also save money on shipping costs when you purchase more than one item.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
Yes! We have two incredible shopfronts with one located in Leichhardt in Sydney and the other in Abbotsford in Melbourne. You can find directions to them in our Contact Us section.
Is it possible to collect my order from your store, instead of having it mailed?
Unfortunately no. However, everything you see online can be ordered and purchased in store if you wish to come in person. Please note that what is available to order online may not be available in both stores. To be certain, please call ahead.
How will the package be delivered?
DJ Warehouse sends all of our orders via courier, so you can be sure that your goods are always tracked and promptly delivered right to your door. You can personally track your order as we send you the full tracking information when your order is shipped out.
What if I receive a faulty product?
If the goods are faulty and still under warranty you can contact us and you return them to DJ Warehouse for repair and in some cases, replacement. Please view our warranty information here.
What if I do not like the product I have ordered? Can I return them?
In most cases you can return the product to DJ Warehouse within 14 days after purchase if it is in as new conditions with the complete packaging. Please contact us first before you send the product. Please note that we will not cover shipping costs and there is a 20% restocking fee.
I am living outside of Australia. Do you ship internationally?
In most cases we no not ship internationally. Please contact us first by email as our shipping rates are only valid for those living in Australia.
