DJ warehouse prides itself on providing our customers with the lowest price Australia wide. If you find a lower advertised price on a product from any authorized Australian dealer, contact us with the details and we'll match it it. Alternatively, if you've already purchased from us and find a lower advertised price within 10 days of your purchase, contact us with the details and we'll still refund the difference after verification of the lower price.  You can always be sure that you're getting the best price with DJ Warehouse!

 

Terms & Conditions:

 

1. DJW will not beat prices from dealers outside of Australia.

2. DJW cannot beat a price from a dealer who does not have the product in stock. Unfortunately, sometimes unscrupulous retailers may advertise a hot product at an unrealistic price without having the product in stock.

3. DJW will not offer a price guarantee against other dealers who have advertised "loss leaders." Some retailers will try to attract you to buy a product by selling certain products below a reasonable price. Based on our information on dealer cost, if another vendor is advertising or has quoted an item at a price which we know is below wholesale, DJW may choose to not offer the guarantee. If you find a retailer who will sell you a product for less than what they paid for it, you should buy it, but they might not be around for long.

4. Any products for which you receive a DJW price match are not eligible for the DJW DJ Pay program.

5. DJW 10 day price guarantee does not apply to boxing day sales (including our own).

6. DJW price guarantee excludes blowouts, discontinued merchandise, factory seconds, special sales or floor and ex- demo models. Products must be new and factory packaged. Lower prices must verifiable via printed advertising, web media or printed quotes supplied by authorized dealers.

7. DJW Is a Retail Shopfront with an Online purchase option. We cannot price match "Online Only" retailers.

All Price Matches will only be considered when the opposing dealer meets the above criteria and has an Australian Shopfront. 

 

Please note: We update our prices daily in order to guarantee that we have the lowest prices in Australia.  However, since we are changing our prices so often, this creates a greater chance for human error and typos in our prices.  We try our hardest to minimise these errors, but we reserve the right to correct any errors, omissions or misprints and take no responsibility for online price inaccurancies.
